1) Producers can stream their movies / mini movies / dramas which are not available on any other platforms.

2) Content / media must be in high quality (min. 2K / 4K) with good concept and professional artists.

3) Movie / mini movie / drama promotions must be done by the producer only. We will not promote individual contents for any reason.

4) Content must reach minimum viewership expected by the company in 90 days. Otherwise we will remove the content without any prior notice to the producer.

5) Producers can promote their contents in any medias / streaming platforms / theatre ads without our consent.

6) Producers are not permitted to give satellite rights of the same language content to any other channels in the contract period.

7) Producers can stream their contents in 6 video qualities (360p, 540p, 720p, 1080p, 1440p and 2160p) with 5.1Ch / 7.2Ch Dolby DTS without any ads.

8) Producers can take only 3 video ads of 20 seconds in their movie / mini movie / drama trailer and 20% ad charges must be paid to the company to place the ad video in the trailer / teaser of their content / media.

9) Company has all the rights to place ad videos taken by the company or it's representatives for any movie / mini movie / drama trailers without any permission from the content / media producer and producer will not get any percentage in the ad charges / payments.

10) Producers are not permitted to take back / withdraw their contents / media contract for 365 days (1 year) from the date of streaming of their contents. The minimum lock-in period is 365 days.

11) Movies / Mini movies / Dramas will have One Time Access (OTA) price fixed by both the parties. And movie page will open only after successful payment valid for 10 hours. Movie page will be active only when you minimize the browser to take a break and watch again. If you close or reload / refresh the page, the page will expire immediately and you have to watch the content by paying again. If there is any network issue or internet disconnection, the minimized movie page will not get expired and you can continue watching movies re-connecting the internet.

12) Company has all the rights to terminate the contract any time for any reason without prior notice to the producers or content providers.

13) Producers will get their payments on the day we get the payments from the payment gateways (usually every 5th or 7th working day).

14) Disputes with regard to these terms will come under Bangalore jurisdiction only.
