| Cancellation Policy |

1) Cancellation is not applicable on Pay Per View / Pay & Watch system. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to the movie page. Convenience fee of payment gateways (if any) paid with the movie access price is non-refundable. 2) By paying & accessing a movie, you agree to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy. No refund will be issued / applicable unless there's some technical issue in the movie / content page. 3) The amount is non-refundable if it is in the processing status and not received by the company. Any such issues cannot be solved from our end. 4) You can contact us for complaints and we will update you in 24 - 48 hours after receiving your complaints. 5) Movie / Content page will get expired automatically once you close the browser / refresh / reload the movie page while you watch the movie. So you need to watch or access the content 3 times within 24 hours on the payment made. 6) Payment gateway will collect the details of your mobile number, name and email in the payment form. 7) In the Pay Per View (PPV) basis, content access price / fee may vary from content to content in each categories and it is valid for 24 hours only to watch on 3 devices or 3 times in the same device. 8) In case of any dispute, www.ottplayer.in 's decision will be final.
