1) Cancellation is not applicable on Pay Per View / Pay & Watch system. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to the movie page. Convenience fee of payment gateways (if any) paid with the movie access price is non-refundable. 2) By paying & accessing a movie, you agree to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy. No refund will be issued / applicable unless there's some technical issue in the movie page. 3) The amount is non-refundable if it is in the processing status and not received by the company. Any such issues cannot be solved from our end. 4) You can contact us for complaints and we will update you in 24 - 48 hours after receiving your complaints. 5) Movie page will get expired automatically once you close the browser / refresh / reload the movie page while you watch the movie. You need to pay again to access the content / movie page after 3rd attempt. Movie page is valid for 10 hours with 3 time access only. You need to minimize the browser to watch movies within 10 hours. 6) We are not responsible for the details entered in the payment form like Name, Email & Mobile number. 7) One time access (OTA) price may vary / change from time to time for each movies and it is valid only for one show, 10 hours / with 3 time access on this platform after successful payment. 8) In case of any dispute, www.ottplayer.in 's decision will be final.
